The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from responsibility relating to the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law. The National Football League, NFL Properties LLC, the NFL clubs and their respective affiliates are not sponsors, administrators or affiliates of the Promotion.
The Promotion begins when the official giveaway posts are published by Fourth & Story on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
The Promotion ends on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 12:59:59 p.m. United States Eastern Daylight Time (ET) (“Closing Time”). Fourth & Story’s platform timestamps and records are the official timekeeping method. Entries received at or after 1:00:00 p.m. ET on October 18, 2026 are late and invalid.

The Promotion is void where prohibited. It is not available in jurisdictions subject to applicable European Union sanctions, embargoes or shipping restrictions that prevent Sponsor from lawfully delivering the prize. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of age, identity, residence and eligibility before awarding the prize.
Employees, contractors and representatives of Sponsor, persons involved in administering the Promotion, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

The follow, like or reaction, and comment must remain active and verifiable through completion of the drawing. An entrant may enter once per platform. Additional comments on the same platform, copied comments, automated entries, bot entries and entries made through multiple accounts controlled by the same person do not create additional entries and may result in disqualification.
Sharing the post, sending it to friends and tagging another person are welcome but are not required and do not improve the odds of winning.
No purchase, payment, donation or submission of financial information is required.
Entries must not contain unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory or infringing material. Entrants must not impersonate another person, use automated services or interfere with the Promotion. Sponsor may reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, technically corrupted, submitted after the Closing Time or inconsistent with these Official Rules.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is up to €200, excluding Sponsor-paid standard delivery. Team, player, name, number, model, personalization and size options are subject to availability from the authorized supplier. If a requested item is unavailable or cannot lawfully be delivered, Sponsor may provide a substantially equivalent officially licensed jersey of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable before fulfillment. No cash alternative is available except where required by law. Sponsor will pay ordinary shipping arranged by Sponsor. The winner is responsible for taxes, duties, import charges or reporting obligations imposed by the winner’s jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
No NFL or team branding will be printed on the Fourth & Story T-shirt.
After the Closing Time, Sponsor will compile all valid platform entries into one drawing pool. Each valid entry receives one equal chance. A person who validly enters on all three platforms receives three entries in the pool.
Sponsor will select one potential winner by a documented random drawing, expected to take place on Monday, October 19, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received across all three platforms.
If a Canadian resident is selected, that person must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.
The potential winner will be contacted only by a direct message from the official Fourth & Story account on the platform associated with the selected entry. Sponsor may also reply to the selected comment instructing the person to check direct messages.
Fourth & Story will never request payment, card details, online-banking credentials, passwords or cryptocurrency from a potential winner.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, including legal name, age confirmation, country of residence, delivery address, apparel size, chosen team and available jersey preference.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, fails verification, is ineligible, declines the prize or cannot lawfully receive it, that person forfeits the prize and Sponsor may conduct another random drawing.
The winner’s public username may be announced only as necessary to communicate the result or with the winner’s consent. Sponsor will not use the winner’s likeness or personal story for advertising without separate consent.
Sponsor processes platform usernames, public entry activity and any winner-verification or delivery information solely to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, communicate with the winner, deliver the prize and comply with legal obligations.
Non-winning entrants are not added to marketing lists through this Promotion. Winner information will be shared only with service providers reasonably necessary for fulfillment, such as the authorized jersey retailer, apparel producer and delivery carrier. Personal information will be retained only as long as required for administration, recordkeeping, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
Entrants may contact Sponsor at contact@fourthandstory.com regarding applicable privacy rights. Platform processing remains subject to the respective platform’s privacy policy.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost or delayed because of platform outages, account restrictions, network failures, inaccurate account settings or other events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction or another event materially affects fair administration. If practical and lawful, Sponsor will award the prize from eligible entries received before the disruption.
Sponsor may disqualify a person who tampers with the Promotion, uses bots or multiple accounts to exceed entry limits, submits false information, harasses another participant, impersonates Sponsor or violates these Official Rules or applicable platform rules.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation or ordinary use of the prize. Entrants remain responsible for using the prize safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without depriving an entrant of mandatory protections available under the law of the entrant’s country of residence. Any mandatory local jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
By entering, an entrant confirms that the entrant has read and accepted these Official Rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
